What is the Body Intelligence Method?

The Body Intelligence Method focuses on improving body composition, not just losing weight.

Inside the programme, we measure and track your progress so you can see the actual improvements in your body.

The DefineHER 8-Week Reset

This is a structured 8-week coaching programme run in the studio at bodyco. during the school term.

You’ll train in a small supportive group environment where every session is coached.

The goal is simple:

Transform how you feel in your body, in a smarter, stronger and more sustainable way.

You become stronger, leaner, and more confident in your body.

What's Included

Each week includes:

3 coached strength sessions

Focused on building muscle, improving strength, and shaping your body.

2 cardio sessions

Short structured sessions designed to support fat loss and cardiovascular fitness.

Body composition tracking

Track changes in body fat, muscle, and overall progress.

Nutrition guidance

Simple strategies and personally-tailored plans to support your training and results.

Coaching and accountability

You’ll have guidance and support throughout the programme.

Small Groups. Personal Coaching.

Unlike large group classes, this programme is intentionally limited to small groups.

Maximum 5 people per group.

This allows:

• individual coaching
• personalised guidance
• a supportive environment

No crowded classes. No feeling lost. Focused on results.

Session Times

Sessions run during late morning hours, which works well for many people with flexible daytime schedules - including parents after school drop-off.

Current available time slots:

10.15am - 11.15am

11:15am – 12:15pm

Cardio sessions can be completed flexibly within the session window.

This programme is ideal for people who:

• are able to train during late morning hours

• are ready to put themselves first

Many participants are parents who train after school drop-off, but the programme is open to anyone ready to commit to improving their body and health.

You don’t need to be fit to start.

You just need to be ready to take action.

To maintain coaching quality, each intake is limited to 5 people per time-slot.

Once spots are filled, the next intake will begin after the current programme finishes.
