At our studio, sessions are coach-led and personalized, combining classical Pilates principles with modern strength training to support pain-free movement, performance, and long-term results.

What Is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body training method performed on a specialized machine called the reformer. Using spring-based resistance, it challenges strength, stability, mobility, and control at the same time. Movements are slow, intentional, and precise, focusing on proper alignment, breath, and core engagement.


Reformer Pilates builds lean, balanced strength without high impact on the joints. It improves posture, flexibility, and coordination while helping reduce pain and prevent injury. Because resistance can be adjusted and exercises are highly adaptable, it’s effective for beginners, athletes, and anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their body.

With sessions for Beginner to Advanced levels, you can choose from 30, 45 or 60-minute classes, and tailor your training to suit your goals—whether you’re chasing strength, recovery, or performance gains.

Duo Sessions

  • 60 Minutes: $150

  • 30 Minutes: $100

Train with a friend while still receiving personalized coaching.

Duo sessions offer the same guided, goal-driven Reformer Pilates experience at a shared pace, providing accountability and motivation.
