Aimee’s training style blends intelligent strength training, functional bodyweight movement, and conditioning to create sessions that are challenging, effective, and enjoyable. Every program is built around how your body moves, focusing on strength, stability, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness in a way that supports real life, not just the gym.

Sessions are structured, progressive, and purposeful. You’ll lift weights to build strength and resilience, use bodyweight training to improve control and coordination, and incorporate conditioning to boost fitness and energy levels. Whether you’re new to training or experienced, exercises are scaled to meet you where you’re at and evolve as you grow stronger.

Duo Sessions

  • 60 Minutes: $150

  • 45 Minutes: $130

  • 30 Minutes: $100
