This 6 Week Challenge gives you everything you need to stay consistent and see real progress, without guesswork or extremes.

- In-studio teams for motivation, energy, and accountability

- Online option to train from home or your own gym

- 3 x 30-minute group HIIT / circuit-style sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

- Weekly body scan to track fat loss, muscle changes, and progress

- Nutrition guide to support your goals and energy

Full access to the bodyco. app for workouts, tracking, and support

Everything is structured for you, so all you need to do is show up and commit. The challenge is open to both men and women of all ages.
